Kimberly Eskew, Director

Hello. My name is Kimberly Eskew. I am the Director and founder of Our House of Restoration, Inc. I have an Associate Degree in Applied Science and am currently working on my certification as a substance abuse counsellor. I have four beautiful children, two step children and seven grandchildren of whom I’m very proud of. I am employed full time as the Educational Recovery Specialist for a Residential Substance Abuse program in a local county jail, as well as running the day to day operations of Our House of Restoration transitional housing.

My passion for helping women and serving the community started 15+ years ago as a volunteer when I became involved in Faith Tabernacle’s Women’s Jail Ministry and eventually became the director. Going into the jails and prisons allowed me to share God’s love by teaching women they could overcome their addictions through prayer and programs. I also volunteered and served on the board of 4Sarah, Inc. a nonprofit helping women who have been sexually exploited and/or trafficked. I was given the opportunity to volunteer at other transitional houses and am grateful for the guidance of these great leaders that have helped me along the way.

In 2019, God gave me the vision of Our House of Restoration, which I shared with my husband who has been on board from the very beginning. I couldn’t do this without him. He is a very intricate part of this ministry. Our mission is to serve underprivileged women who are in need of spiritual healing and recovery from substance abuse and other forms of addiction and life crisis. Our House of Restoration is a 501c3 nonprofit transitional housing program that can help returning citizens transition to a better life as a law abiding citizen and regain their place in society.

Also helped in the assistance of building equipment in late 2012 and early 2013.

Beginning in 2015 through 2019, I have been an active member with Dixon Golf. Dixon Golf produces an eco-friendly, high-performance totally recyclable golf ball. As a sales rep, I traveled all over Georgia to different golf tournaments raising money for specific charities through golf tournaments. In 2016, I was ranked number 5 in Georgia in top sales.

Throughout most of my adult life, I have volunteered with various charities in order to help those in need reach their goals. I enjoy helping individuals succeed, better themselves and become more productive members in society. Sometimes we all need a second chance and someone to help us get there. I look forward to continuing my help through serving as the Board President of Our House of Restoration.
